Dr Ngele and Associates is a subsidiary of Dr Ngele Enterprises (Pty) Ltd. The company was founded in 2016 by Dr Thulane Ngele. Dr Ngele has corporate experience in people practices management that spurns over a period of 18 years. He has occupied various positions in large organisations both at an operational and executive level. He is grounded as a scholar and practitioner in the discipline of people practices (HR services).
After many years in corporate environment, Dr Ngele saw a gap in the market that was not being serviced adequately. This led to him establishing this niche consulting business to help organisations to build their people brands through cutting edge and strategic people practices.
Dr Ngele and Associates is strategically positioned to deliver people practices solutions that are informed by the understanding of the complexity and insights of the challenges of clients. The approach adopted is to deliver a service through systems thinking that identifies complexities and insights to challenges that can then be systematically influenced by appropriately tailor-made people practices solutions.
The value add of people practices to organisations has for many years not been properly articulated. Dr Ngele & Associates strives to deliver people practices solutions that will ultimately contribute to the broader organisational strategies and growth.
The focus of the company is mainly to partner with its clients in diagnosing challenges, identify gaps and tailor-make solutions that will be unique to the challenges. The solutions are informed by theory multiplied by relevant practical experience that is added to reasoning which equals to a sum of unique people practices solutions.
Dr Ngele & Associates serves small, medium and large organisations mainly in South Africa but with an exposure in SADC. Our collaboration with other strategic associates gives us the capacity and the resources to deliver on large projects.
Dr Ngele and Associate is 100% Black (African) owned enterprise with a BBBEE level 1 rating. It is an organisation in good standing that complies with the company laws of the Republic of South Africa
